Pricing questions
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. It has no time limit and needs no card.
- What does “includes 5 seats” mean?
- The price is flat and covers up to that many people, whether you use them or not. On Team, each person beyond the first ten is $5 a month, or $48 a year.
- Who pays for the coding agents?
- You do, through your existing subscription or API key with your agent provider. Markbase doesn't charge for agent usage.
- What if a payment fails?
- Nothing changes for fourteen days while we let you know and retry. After that the organization moves to Free, and everything stays readable and exportable.
- Do prices include tax?
- No. Prices are in USD, and tax is added at checkout where it applies.
